Your submission is being processed, and one of our coordinators will contact you if there are any issues with the date or time that you have selected.  Within the next 12 to 24 hours, you will receive three emails from Affinity Forever Wedding Chapel.

• 1st email will be a receipt for your selected package.
• 2nd email, Confirmation email with reminder of date/ time/ location/ (marriage license information if applicable).
• 3rd email is a Contract service agreement coming from Square Contracts, this MUST be signed and returned to guarantee your selected date/ time. (Contracts are signed and returned digitally)
• 4th email is a Credit Card Authorization, also coming from Square Contracts, this MUST be signed and returned to guarantee your selected date/ time. (Contracts are signed and returned digitally)
